Print and fill out completely the 2-sided Lathrup Village TimeBank Membership Renewal Form. Make sure to complete a separate 2-sided form for every family member that is joining! Also note that you can NOT fill out or submit this form online; it must be printed and mailed. (or otherwise hand-delivered to the address below)

Step 2

Pay via check or online. Checks should be sent (with your filled out forms) to Lathrup Village TimeBank, 27590 California Dr. SE, Lathrup Village MI 48076
